The Gaston Arts Council presents an evening of live music with Aubrey Hedgepeth on Thursday, June 13 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Aubrey is 13 years old and from Lincolnton, NC. Aubrey has been performing in Lincolnton, Charlotte and Hickory for almost three years now. Country music has always been in her blood and she’s been around music all of her life. Aubrey’s first song “Saying Nothing At All” was written by Aubrey and her great grandmother-Janice Dellinger. It has had radio play in Netherlands, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana. “Saying Nothing At All” was nominated for 2018 Song of the Year, Aubrey was also a nominee for Rising Star of the Year.
