1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & INVOCATION
2. ADJUSTMENT & APPROVAL OF JUNE AGENDA: Items will only be added or removed upon approval of the Mayor and Town Council.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting and Closed Session of May 14, 2019 and Special Meeting (Budget Session) of May 30, 2019.
4. BUDGET AMENDMENT ORDINANCE # 2019-002: Enclosed is an Ordinance authorizing the final amendments to the Budget for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2018. The amendment will not affect the net appropriations to either fund. Motion Required.
5. PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED 2019-2020 BUDGET: This is the required Public Hearing on the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019. The Mayor will open the floor for public comment. A motion is required to open and closed the Public Hearing.
6. ADOPTION OF BUDGET ORDINANCE #2019-003 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020: A copy of the Budget Ordinance is enclosed for adoption following the Public Hearing. The total for the Proposed Budget for the Town of McAdenville for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 is $2,754,460.00. Motion Required.
7. ADOPTION OF WATER/SEWER RATES AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR FY 2019-2020: A copy of the Water & Sewer Rates and Fee Schedule are included as part of the FY2019-20 Proposed Budget. The Water & Sewer Rates will remain unchanged from FY 18-19. Motion Required.
8. POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT: Captain Debbold of the Cramerton Police Department will be present to report of police activity for the month of May and to address any concerns the Mayor or Council may have.
9. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT: This is an opportunity for members of the public to address items of interest to the Mayor and Town Council. This is not a time to respond or take action. Any necessary action will be taken under advisement. Speakers are asked to come to the podium, state their name and address for the record and limit comments to no more than five minutes.
10. COUNCIL GENERAL DISCUSSION: This is an opportunity for the Mayor and Council to ask questions for clarification provide information to staff or request an item for a future agenda.
